The highly anticipated first stage of the new Ripley Town Centre will be officially opened to eager Ipswich residents on Saturday May 26, and you are invited to what will be Ripley’s Biggest Party yet!
To celebrate the newest shopping centre in the region coming alive, Ripley Town Centre will play host to an exciting ‘Main Street Festival’.
From 11am – 4pm, partygoers will see Main Street transformed, for people to enjoy sidewalk dining and shopping, live music and entertainment overlooking the planned future parklands, as well as kite flying, rock climbing, kids cooking, a silent disco, interactive community displays, roving performers, a cartoonist, green cabs and so much more.
As an added incentive to come along and enjoy the party, there’s even an opportunity to win one of three EFTPOS cards valued up to $1,000, to spend within the Centre.
Ripley Town Centre development manager Taku Hashimoto said Main Street Festival will be a fun and exciting day showcasing the scale, lifestyle and vision of the centre to the Ripley and greater Ipswich region.
“The opening of Ripley Town Centre will be a game-changer for the western growth corridor, and it will benefit the community now and for generations to come,” Mr Hashimoto said.
“Main Street Festival will mark the beginning of what we believe will be a vital commercial and community hub for the Ripley region and South East Queensland.
“The festival will showcase Ripley as a destination where people can live, work, learn and play.”
Ripley Town Centre and its Main Street is set to become the new heart of the community, and what better way to celebrate its opening than to stage an event that will bring the local and surrounding community together for a day full of celebration.
The Main Street Festival marking the opening of the Ripley Town Centre is just the start of celebrations at this the fastest growing residentlial destination in the region. So, round up your friends and family and clear your schedule on May 26th – because this is one party that you really don’t want to miss.
